Terms of Service

AGREEMENT

By creating an account or using EditorStation, you agree to these terms. EditorStation is operated by a limited liability company (EOOD) registered in Bulgaria.

THE SERVICE

EditorStation provides tools for editors, including a public portfolio profile, short links, an email alias, and paid plans that unlock additional features. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops.

ELIGIBILITY AND YOUR ACCOUNT

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your country and be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher. Sign-in uses a one-time code or Google, never a password. Keep access to your email and Google account secure.

YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership of the content you upload. By posting content, you give us the limited license needed to store it, show it to you, and display anything you mark public on your profile and elsewhere in the product. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload or link to your content.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not bypass security controls, impersonate another person or organization, scrape the service, or use a short link or email alias for spam, phishing, malware, illegal activity, or deceptive content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

PAID PLANS AND BILLING

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, or the local processor we use where applicable. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not normally refund the period already paid for, except where local law says otherwise.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts used to abuse the service or violate these terms. Deleting an account removes your profile, uploaded files, short links, and email alias and cancels active subscriptions.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

EditorStation is provided as is and may not always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, EditorStation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

GOVERNING LAW, CHANGES, AND CONTACT

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and notify you where required. For questions about these terms, contact admin@editorstation.com.
