Privacy Policy
Last updated July 30, 2026
This policy explains how EditorStation collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our services.
Who we are
EditorStation is operated by a limited liability company (EOOD) registered in Bulgaria. You can reach us at admin@editorstation.com for any question about this policy.
What we collect
We collect account information such as your email address and, when you use Google sign-in, the name and profile photo Google provides. We also collect the content you add to your profile, portfolio, links, uploaded files, support messages, payment confirmations, and limited usage and device information needed to operate and secure the product. We never store a password because EditorStation does not use passwords.
How we use information
We use information to create and administer your account, display your profile, process subscriptions, protect the service against abuse, improve features, respond to support requests, send expected operational emails, and meet legal obligations such as retaining billing records.
Google and YouTube data
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only the information made available through Google Sign-In, such as your email address, name, and profile photo. If you connect a YouTube portfolio item, we use YouTube’s public data API to retrieve public video metadata. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described in this policy. We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or eligibility for lending, and we do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Where data is processed
Our providers may process data in the European Union and the United States. When data is transferred outside the EU, we rely on standard contractual clauses or another legally recognized safeguard. Data in transit is encrypted, and access to stored information is limited to what each service needs to do its job.
Retention and your rights
We keep account information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your account record, public profile, uploaded files, short links, and email alias, subject to any legal billing-record retention period. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict processing of your information.
Changes and contact
When we make a material change, we will update the date above and notify you where required. For any privacy question or request, contact admin@editorstation.com.
